An "Exclusive" sign on property means nothing more than that agency has the exclusive right to list the property. It does not mean that you have to go to that agency to look at the property. We do not put that sign on our listings as we feel it is misleading to the public. We welcome other companies and agents to show our properties because when working for the seller it is our job to promote a property to as many potential buyers as possible, whether they are working with us or another agency.
